admin Turn invitations sent into a reliable final headcount with one pipeline: a numbered guest roster, A B C tiers, triage columns for every reply, a dated chase cadence, and a clean handoff to your caterer.
Split your move into two tracks, admin and packing, and give each week one clear job on each track. This 8 week timeline covers mover booking, the address change master list, packing by zone, and the essentials box method.
Skip the family organizer app nobody opens. Run your household on three shared list links: one for tasks, one for shopping, one for plans.
Your daily list fails because it tries to be storage and a plan at once. Split capture from commitment, pick three most important tasks, and write every item so done is visible.
Stop zigzagging through the supermarket. Sort your grocery list into store sections once, shop in a single pass, and keep one standing list you reuse every week.
