About Online Lists Maker

Online Lists Maker exists for one simple reason: sharing a list shouldn’t require an account.

Every shared list we’ve ever made seemed to start the same way — “everyone download this app,” “everyone create an account,” “accept this invite.” By the time the list itself appeared, half the group had given up. So we built the tool we wished existed: open the page, make the list, share the link. Done.

What Online Lists Maker is

A free online list maker for shopping lists, checklists, to-dos, wish lists, and anything else worth writing down together. Lists are created in seconds, shared with a link, and updated in real time for everyone holding that link.

What it isn’t

A project-management suite, a social network, or an advertising platform. There are no accounts, no feeds, no upsells inside the list editor — and no ads in it either.

How we think about privacy

Your lists are reachable only through their unguessable links. They’re never indexed by search engines, never appear in sitemaps, and the access tokens that protect them are stored as hashes, not plain text. We collect the minimum needed to run the service — read the full policy.

What’s next

More starter lists, better export options, and deeper collaboration features — always without compromising the simplicity that makes a list maker worth using. If you have an idea, we’d love to hear it.
